Recently I am using Samsung A34 5g phone, how I create dual app in this mobile?

Why need factory reset?

Most of the time.. Factory Reset solves such OS issues.
It's not mandatory.. I'm just suggesting...

But why this tab not showing?

Look, This is a Major OS update.. so many features will be added so many features will also be removed or moved to another place..
But as you are using those feature.. some of them don't actually get updated. You can say that.. the os isn't being installed properly, SOMETIMES.. that's why sometimes we face such issues.
This is my own understanding/thinking.. I may be wrong.
This is why After every Major Update I do a FACTORY RESET to my phone.. so that the NEW MAJOR update install properly. And every old Settings I made earlier.. wiped out.. A NEW OS WITH NEW SETTINGS... And Good thing is.. this trick works for ME.. everytime.

Go to Settings -> Advanced features -> Dual Messenger

Go to Settings -> Apps -> Click the drop down menu beside "Your apps" -> Enbale "Show System Apps" toggle -> search for Dual Messenger and update me here with a screenshot of the app info

Try installing this app, this is the installation file for the Dual Messenger, maybe it might work.
