Galaxy A1. It is limited to certain devices with minimum Bluetooth version 5.0
2. The feature may not be available for all devices
If you unable to use dual audio even after connecting 2 Bluetooth devices at a time ,
Then kindly check for any updates available or not from settings > software update
Also you can control it from media panel menu
Here's some screens added for a better reference.
Hope it help
* note if you didn't find the same options then either the Bluetooth device or the phone doesn't support the feature.

Galaxy A2. Device Bluetooth version 5.0 ok but what about the Bluetooth version of the earbuds or galaxy buds or anything else
3. If both is 5.0 still you didn't get it
Then maybe the feature isn't available in your device
