Dear Team Samsung,
Whenever you face a complaint/issue the first thing you do is to ask the user to clear the app cache, reset the app setting, reset the phone, create log files and send to you.
I went through all those steps.
Now I am posting A SCREEN RECORDING to show how you have spoiled the light metering and the photo quality of Galaxy A 34 with your buggy OneUi 7 that came half a year late and yet performs like no attention has been paid to it.
See for yourself how poor the light metering is,and what a bogus result the camera app produces.
The photo is washed out.Where is your hdr adjustments etc?
My Galaxy A34 used to produce so beautiful photos when it was on OneUi 6,OneUi 6.1 or even OneUi 5.
You call this OneUi 7 an update or a downgrade?
Will you be rational enough once in your life to trust user feedback and acknowledge Bugs and faults in the firmware?

So many of us are suffering from this update.
Samsung is busy with flaunting its OneUi 7,OneUi 8,Now Bar and new icons. All these are mere cosmetic changes. The essential system apps are given no attention.
By the way, which model do you use?

Same old advice as if the fault always lies with the user and the software is flawless and impeccable.
When will you learn to acknowledge faults dear team Samsung.
Why always conjecture as if users complain without reason and all faults are their own doing?
