Which country's firmware is best for Galaxy M35?India, Vietnam, Mexico or Brazil?

If I shoot 4k video in galaxy a34, only ois works here , no eis works. One the other hand , If i shoot 4k on Galaxy M35 , both eis & ois works here & I get a good stabilized video. Now I can I get stabilization in 4k on Galaxy a34?

Can I monitor fps & temperature through this app in galaxy M35 OneUI 6.1?

How is the vibration motor on Galaxy M35 ? Like the old-fashioned push-button phones? Or does it have good haptic feedback like the A series?
