Problem about notification

My mobile phone is not showing any notification in notification bar. Though I get msg from wtsapp or sms or anything else it only shows in bubble pop up form ,but when I scroll down the notification bar it doesn't show anything. I don't know what to do, plz someone help me...

RESET SYSTEM SETTINGS
BY
SETTINGS > GENERAL MANAGEMENT > RESET > RESET SYSTEMS SETTINGS

IT WILL REMOVE ALL SETTINGS AND MAKE IT AS DEFAULT
YOUR ALL MIS SETTINGS WILL BE SOLVED

NOW AGAIN CHECK
ISSUE SOLVED OR NOT ?
