Poor signal Samsung A51 5G

I have had the Galaxy A51 5G phone for 1.5years now and the reception on it is poor wherever I go. I generally can hear the other person on the phone but they often say they can't hear me. The data speeds are also slow.

This issue is happening whether I am at home or outdoors and has happened in various parts of UK.

 

I have tried Voxi network, ID network and have now changed to EE (supposed to be the best network in the UK for reception) and I am still having the same issue.

I often have 1-2/4 bars of reception with bad signal. Despite this, the 5G symbol shows. Sometimes it shows 4G.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? How did you resolve it? Please advise as I am fed up!

Samsung has this issue even in flagship phones, and the thing is that they don't want to get rid of that. I started with M30s poor network and then I shifted to M21 again the same issue, so I thought to have a flagship model but luckily I found the review about S21 Ultra stating poor network reception, so it's all over now decided to not even giving a single thought of purchasing samsung. I have tested the network of same operator with iPhone and surprisingly I phone user has good internet connectivity and my phone was struggling to get the internet.
So good bye samsung from now on

Thanks for your response. This is upsetting to hear. 

I have had the Samsung Galaxy S5 (and S2) many many years back and did not have this issue.

I don't want an iPhone! I am team Android!

Perhaps I will need to change handset.
