Galaxy AI have always praised my device, ie A52s5g here. However, it was always about the software, camera quality, etc. There were many reports about A52 series and S20 series, including the s20 ultra, phones having the back panel pasting getting worn out within one year of use. Our friend Allen with Galaxy also had to re paste the back panel by visiting a service center. Some S20 users got their ip68 rated phones damaged due to water ingress because of this back panel gaps. Because I was aware of this issue, I kept a close check on my phone. Sadly, 2 days back I found that back panel of my A52s also lost the glue and there is a gap. Now, I have to fix it at a service center to retain the ip rating - waste of time and resources. Note that the phone is in pristine condition with not even a single scratch.
This is not acceptable that the midrange and even flagship devices are having poor quality control and are facing manufacturing defects. When added to the issues like the mass failure of s20plus displays, I highly doubt that the quality of manufacturing was compromised during the peak covid lock down days. Because s20 series and A52 series, including my device was manufactured during 2020 -2021.
Nb: Pls don't give me gyaan about bulging battery, handling of phone, etc, because the service center acknowledged that the battery is in good condition and there is no physical damage. This is not only me who is facing this particular issue, but many people are. Some even don't realise this issue until their phone gets water damage. This is because most of us use a back cover and this panel gap is very minute. This can be identified only on close examination.
I recommend not to buy these devices because no matter how good the software and cameras are, the phone won't last if it has poor built quality. S20plus users(display damage) and those A52 and S20 series users who trusted the IP rating learned this the hard way. So, if you are among the unfortunate ones who bought these devices, pls do keep checking the back panel once in a month. I don't claim that all of you will face this, but certainly a good number of us are facing this.

Galaxy AHonestly, I now regret recommending this phone to many. At least 5 have bought this as per my recommendations and many were impressed by the quality of photos I posted here. Similarly, I did the mistake of buying 2 s20fe phones for my family members. I was about to buy one A52s for my father. Thank God, I found this issue at least now. Fingers crossed, hoping that the s20fe phones won't face this. Seriously disappointed with the manufacturing quality of Samsung devices.
Nb:My budget phone Redmi note 5 pro had ZERO physical damage even after 3 years of usage. It was built like a tank with that metal body and frame. And here I am having the poorly built plastic midrange phone.

Galaxy AI am still in warranty, bro. Only 8 months and that says a lot about the built quality, rather the lack of it.

Galaxy AI know that and I have already mentioned it in the post. But this is not supposed to happen in a midrange device or s20 series with 1-2 year of purchase. That is disappointing.
