Phone app notifications

I have a Samsung A71 and last week I updated it to user interface One OI 3.1.

From that moment, when I receive a call I don't see anymore the notification both when the screen is locked and also when I unlock it.
If I go to the phone app I can see the missed call.
But the strange thing is that the problem seems to be random because some times it happens and sometimes not.

The phone app version is 12.1.10.29

I cleared cache and data of phone app and now it seems to work. I made several test also rebooting the device and all the tests were good.

If the problema will appear once againg I will begin to reset the app preference or the settings.

Yes. It's happening after one ui 3.1 update.
