Galaxy ASamsung really needs to provide more display refresh rate controls for A-series devices like the Galaxy A34.
Current issue: The phone only allows full 60Hz or full 120Hz. There is no balanced option like 90Hz or adaptive refresh rate.
Even the Always On Display sometimes inherits the previous app refresh rate. For example:
- If I close the screen from a 60Hz app β AOD stays 60Hz
- If I close from Instagram/120Hz app β AOD runs at 120Hz
This unnecessarily affects battery life.
Requested features: β’ Adaptive refresh rate option β’ 90Hz balanced mode β’ Separate refresh rate for AOD β’ Separate refresh rate for lock screen β’ Separate refresh cap for call UI β’ Better per-app refresh controls through Display Assistant / Good Lock
Many A34 users want balanced smoothness and battery life without sacrificing the full 120Hz experience completely.
Please forward this suggestion to the display optimization team.
Thank you π
