🔧 *Summary of problems:*
1. Phone *Restarts or shuts down by itself*
2. *Charging sound comes, but screen is off*
3. *When skipping a video, it goes to the end*
4. *Battery drains very quickly*

✅ *Possible solutions (step by step):*
1. *Wipe Cache Partition (helps fix bugs without deleting data):*
- Turn off the phone completely
- Press and hold *Power + Volume Up* together
- Recovery mode will appear → Select *Wipe Cache Partition* and give “Yes”
- Then *Reboot system now*
2. *Run in Safe Mode for a while*
- Check if the problem is caused by a 3rd party app
- Press and hold the Power button and turn on “Safe mode”
- See if the problems occur
3. *Device Care > Optimize and Repair Apps*
- Settings → Device Care → Tap 3 dots → “Advanced” → Optimize now
- If there is an option “Repair apps” below, do that too
4. *Check Apps Update (Google Play + Galaxy Store)*
- Many apps have not been updated for One UI 7 yet, they can cause problems
5. *Send report to Samsung Members App*
- Get help → Error reports → Write details and select “Battery, Restart, Display” problems together - The system log will be gone, they can see

⚠️ If this does not solve the problem:
- You may have to do a *Factory Reset* (Keep a Backup)
- Or go to *Samsung Service Center* and reflash the software

Path: Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)
Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
