Hey Galaxy Fam!

Is there anyone who have faced some issues with the OneUi after updatinv it to One Ui 6.1 on their #GalaxyA52s device.

I have recently updated my device, earlier it was working absolutely fine but from few days I'm experiencing device freeze up issue, and an error stating: This version of One Ui is not compatible for your current version of Android. The device may lag or freeze.

And immediately the screen got froze up and then I tried locking and unlocking my device, but it didn't worked, even the power up or restart buttons weren't working.

I had to hard reboot the device, that too took a lot of trials and patience to fix, and when I did got into my device, I had to log in on all of my applications once again.

Is anyone else facing same or any other issues after updating to OneUi 6.1?

Dear Samsung Team,

Provided solution is useless, i reached out to service center 3 times then too i didnt got the solution.

I’m writing to share my frustration with the recent One UI 6.1 update on my Galaxy S22 Plus. Since updating, my phone frequently freezes, lags, and restarts on its own, making it difficult to use. As a loyal Samsung customer, I expected better quality control, especially for such a crucial update on a flagship device.

I urge you to investigate these issues and release a stable fix soon to restore performance.

Thank you for your attention.
