I am having this problem since morning, the verification 100% is not moving ahead, 10 HOUR have passed, there is no solution till now, it is stuck now.

● Please take note of the following important instructions before proceeding with any software updates on your devices:
1. Ensure that you have a stable Wi-Fi connection on your mobile device. Downloading via a mobile network may result in additional charges.
2. Check that you have enough storage space available on your device to accommodate the updates.
3. Make sure your device has sufficient battery life for the update process (above 50%).
4. Kindly restart the device.
