One Ui 6.0 and Android 14 Update in A73

Even after being the top end model in A series devices, A73 is not getting updates timely comparing to other newer A & M Series devices.

Also some features like voice focus introduced in newer devices are not available on A73

Hello Samsung Team,
After One UI update my phone got pink lines. Its now out of warrenty as its 1.5 Years old.. As I checked with service center requesting to replace the screen. But I dont have any physical damages except the software update made. This is not fair to spend another 8500 for screen replacement within 1.5 Years. This is my first android mobile and completely disappointed after this issue. Please help or suggest what could be by next action to fix this from your side as its completly issue with software upgrade/update???
