One UI 8 recent update causing Google play integrity issues

Two days back my A33 got updated for latest software patches and immediately after my corporate apps stopped working saying phone failed to verify the Google play integrity check.

As per suggestions tried to update/fix the Google play but showing error saying as in attachment.

please help.

"Please be informed that we have forwarded your case to our technical expert team, as they are reviewing your log files.

Thanks for the update but reported issue is not with andriod 15. With 16 and the latest of oneUI version.

Yesterday's trial of Google Play Certification worked.
