Always i need to restart my phone to fix this why this happening

You can clear one ui home app data and restart your phone

maybe download and install latest home launcher from apkmirror

Go to galaxy store and go to update apps and update one ui home from there and restart the device. Never download any third party launcher or samsung one ui launcher from apk mirror. If problem still not solved then just go to samsung care and format your phone from there. They will sure assist you well
