Not able to access secure folder from ADB Android 11 UI 3.1

Can anyone check if he or she able to Uninstall any app in secure folder using ADB?

I get below exception on Android 11 UI 3.1.

It's not working in Android 11. It worked in Android 10.

Apps outside secure folder are getting Uninstalled using ADB.

It's working (One UI 3.1, zoom in to see clearly).

Plz try uninstalling chrome. Not sure why not working. It was working on Android 10.

I am not able to uninstall any app in secure folder. May be some security restriction in full One UI.
