Totally disappointed with the A52s 5G. No Samsung dex support.Similar kind of feature is available in Motorola Edge 20 Pro in the same price segment.Plz provide update for Samsung Dex.

It's Samsung's premium feature which is reserved for flagship models ..
It won't be given to Aseries ..
And it is advanced than Motorola feature ..
Also if u need that then y didn't u choose that device ..
Otherwise there was S20 fe 5g at 36k on offers

A90 having dex support.Then A series phones are not flagship one?

Ok I didn't knew it as that was not a popular phone ..
It's the only Aseries phone to have it I think ..
Also it's the samsung Aseries flagship phone not Samsung's flagship phone..
Samsung might have given it to it but considering it's launch price and also it's the high end Aseries phone ..

But don't expect it on A52s 5g
I think non of the other Aseries phone got it after A90

That's why I am asking samsung why?Its not fair business strategy.It's not at all win win type ..I had bought this phone when S20Fe at 50k.Bro my previous phone was broken that time It was an emergency for me.No one ca n live a life without good smartphone .

Samsung can't plan their sales based on your emergency or situation right? I have the same phone and I knew that dex is a feature reserved for flagship series. What's wrong in it.? You should know what you are buying.

Bro like this there are many phones in mseries which is capable to have many features but samsung is not giving through updates .

You also request samsung for this update.Just asking Samsung what is the use of this kind of sale's policy?If a guy is buying phone @ 37k then it shouldn't their entry level premium customer? Today this entry level premium customer might have bought A series phone but in future he might buy high end premium flagship phone.So the customer journey is important for those users..
