New software update bring a bug

The latest software update have brought a bug that is now I can't use /add figure print on my galaxy A50.

Solved : Finally the problem solved after hard reset. Now I can use the finger print locking as primary over face unlocking, since it works fast now.

Try to do factory reset

Restarting the device doesn't give result. Factory reset may... I'll update about that soon...
