Samsung a50 have very poor network . There is no update and no any action about this problem. This problem make samsung at last in race of mobiles with chines phones.

bhai mane to 50 baar constumer care me call kr liya or service centre se phone ka motherboard bhi change krva liya or battery bhi change krva li. pr koi change nhi hua phone me.

Samsung has everything pathetic be it battery back up, network coverage, network connectivity, camera, customer support etc. Some samsung blind lover tells poor network reception is owing to low SAR. I am not sure if there are any correlation between them. But, I want ask what s use of low SAR if one can not make call and browse internet?? why should one buy such phone??


inspite of everything being pathetic Samsung mobile is very costly comparing to features offered by other brand in the same price range.

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

1. Check device network in open area

 

2. Check device network mode settings
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > network mode SIM1 or SIM2 > network mode.

 

3. Check network operator settings
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically > OK > Registered on network.

Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.

Bakwas phone hai. Issue resolve nahi hoga kyuki inhe bhi pata hai ki ye theek nahi kar sakte.
