With my Samsung Galaxy A10, and Airtel Sim while the VolTE is turned on, I cannot hear anything what the other person is saying, while in a call. But when I disable VolTE, I can hear the other person's voice loud and clear. Is anyone else also facing this problem with your handset?

This can be due to an update bug ... Some may be face this .. just wait for next update

Galaxy A10 Is not fully compatible by Airtel for VoLTE calls .. Contact Airtel care to resolve the issue

visit https://www.airtel.in/volte/

and check samsung devices list , if Airtel configure their network for A10 compatibility they will notify it there

meanwhile contact your airtel telecom circle nodal office. Airtel have to do things here

please Note AIRTEL is not LTE ONLY network , so it has compatibility issue unless amd untill Airtel configure it prpoperly for every LTE /VoLTE devices .

I fear the site u provided has not been updated by Airtel since 2018 as even Samsung Galaxy S10 or Samsung Galaxy Note 10 is not listed

Hi there,

 

Kindly follow the mentioned steps to resolve the issue in your device.

1) Ensure that network frequency of your device should be selected on Auto-mode.

Menu>Settings> Connections>More Networks> Mobile Networks> Network Mode> Select Auto mode

2) Search for the Network Manually

Menu> Settings> Connections>More Networks> Mobile Networks> Network Operators> Select Manual Search.

3) Perform the reset network setting (Go to the settings>>general management>>reset>>reset network settings).

4) Once check with another Sim card also.

If still issue persists then we would suggest you to contact your service provider.
