for the last couple of hours, this thing has occured many times that, i cant get to use 4g in my Galaxy A50 from both sims..at first i thought it can be problem with the sim company then the same problem shouldn't have occured with both sims...im stuck with 3G & sometime even with 2G from both sims..
can anyone help me to get rid of this problem permanently?

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

1. Check device network in open area

 

2. Check device network mode settings
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > network mode SIM1 or SIM2 > network mode.

 

3. Check network operator settings
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically > OK > Registered on network.

Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.

 

4. Check SIM cards in other smartphone.
