My files not showing in My Files

When I try to open a folder using My Files, it says "operation failed" but when I try to open it using a different app, it displays them correctly. The folder shows 0 files while it should show 11 files (displayed correctly by a third-party app). I expected better quality from Samsung being outdid by a third-party developer.

If you're still facing this issue, then I suggest you raise an error report on the feedback section.

Kindly follow the steps mentioned below:

 Log in Samsung Members app > Click “+ button” at the bottom right > Click “Send feedback” > Click “Error reports” > Add detail of the issue and attach the system log data (click checkbox)

*When you abstract the log file. Please check off the pop-up message: log file delivered

In myfiles video is not playing it showing operation failed error but in other apps its working fine...pls provide the solution
