Mother board issue in my A52s

My phone is getting switched off automatically when the charger is plugged in. When it is switched off the phone is not charging it is simply restarting continuously.

I took it to the service center where they have asked me to change the mother board which would cost me 9000. I bought this phone only 2 years ago for 36000 and if the mother board cannot withstand a period of 2 years why should I buy this phone for that amount and spend my money again to replace a part of it.

I need free replacement of the motherboard.

Then u have to pay if u want to use your smartphone

Samsung Company cannot announced free of cost service for all customers
In Samsung Service centre

Otherwise u have to buy new smartphone

If you don't want to repair your smartphone any condition

Inconvenience caused is deeply regretted

I'm just questioning the quality of the product issued to me. For the price I paid I feel it is not right for me to pay a lump of an amount again to repair something which they don't even tell me why the issue happened in the first place.

That's sad reality of smartphones. I have like 5 devices in cupboard not even having single scratch. Service centre won't even open the phone. They simply say to replace entire motherboard and will cost 9-15k based on model. So will keep buying new 🤳. Government to bring stringent laws to make electronics companies to manufacture reliable phone and also provide affordable repairs to reduce e-waste. After all electronics has carbon👣 similar to other pollutants
