Greetings Samsung Fam. I need gelp with possible solution for my Samsung A21s.the device is modified in an unauthorized way ,even when I try using Smartswitch ,the problem is not going anywhere, any solution please 😢😥😭. (SM-A217F) South Africa.
That's probably the first thing I would try with this type of system issue. Go to Sammobile. They usually have all of the Samsung firewares you're seeking.
There are normally 2 files, the .tar file and the one for network server. Just make sure you get the network file for your country's server, otherwise you will have an wifi only device
