Galaxy A1. Force reboot your device:
Press and hold the Volume Down and Power buttons simultaneously.
When the Power menu appears, continue holding the buttons until the Samsung logo appears.
This can help resolve temporary glitches caused by the update.
2. Clear the Cache Partition:
Turn off your device.
Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons until the Samsung logo appears.
Use the Volume buttons to navigate to "Wipe cache partition".
Press the Power button to select it and then confirm the action.
Reboot your device.
3. Reset Network Settings:
Go to Settings > General Management > Reset.
Select "Reset network settings" and confirm the action.
Note that this will reset Wi-Fi passwords, Bluetooth connections, and other network-related settings.
Try the 3rd one first, if it doesn't work try 1st, and at last try the 2nd method.
This is all I could help, I hope it works for you.
