Hello Samsung Team,

After updating my Galaxy A34 5G to One UI 7 (Android 14), I’m experiencing severe battery draining issues. I’ve attached a screenshot of the battery usage — as you can see, the battery dropped significantly within a few hours, even with very light usage (mainly WhatsApp, Instagram, and X).

This issue did not exist before the update. I have already:

Cleared the cache partition

Updated all apps

Disabled background activity for many apps

Enabled battery protection and power saving options

Still, the battery performance is far worse than before. Please review the attached screenshot and suggest a solution or push a patch if this is a known issue.

Thank you,

After major update, its good to hard reset your phone once without taking apps backup for better performance and good battery backup.

I am also facing this battery fast draining issue plus  black screen stuck/ screen not responding issue on my Samsung A34 after android 15 update. Very disappointed with this update. Never faced any of these issue in previous version. Disappointed 😞

Any solutions?
