Dear Samasung Team,

I'm facing mobile network connection issue all of sudden on my Samsung A54 5G mobile, I have done all the troubleshooting steps no improvements.

Additionally I have Sim cards too.. but still I'm getting same issue.. the same sim card is working properly and can able to make calls and using internet on my another mobile.

Please help me to resolve this..because of this I'm getting frustrated and helpless.

Same issue with my s23 ultra. Used new sim also. No help. Phone is still under warranty. Service centre also done only software update but no help.

Service center told that they are going to replace the os software...is that the solution ?

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. I went nearest samsung service center, they said simply need to update software..means they are going to reinstall os

No bro...now they are saying that network IC problem...I need to change motherboard only.
