Dear Samasung Team,

I'm facing mobile network connection issue all of sudden on my Samsung A54 5G mobile, I have done all the troubleshooting steps no improvements.

Additionally I have Sim cards too.. but still I'm getting same issue.. the same sim card is working properly and can able to make calls and using internet on my another mobile.

Please help me to resolve this..because of this I'm getting frustrated and helpless.

I'm using Airtel & Vodafone...

But currently I have ported from vodafone to Jio but now also I'm facing same problem

Try other SIM or use that SIM in other device and then tell me the result

I have tried, if I'm using same SIM on other device it's working properly...but this device only I'm getting network issue

I have faced the same issue like ur and I found that this issue occurred due to old sim card when I replaced the old one with new one now working fine try this

I have done that also bro.. but still issue not resolved..when I'm inserting the new sim to my device it's showing no network or emergency calls only but same is working fine on another device.

Oh then you have to visit nearby Samsung Service center
