Media Storage draining huge amount of battery.

 Can someone please tell me what am i supposed to do as this Media storage has been draining high amount of battery on a daily basis. It's like when I check my mobile after charging its 80 to 85 and then after removing it from charge it goes from 80 to 20 in half an hour. Can't even use it in fear if battery drainage, battery saver didn't work either, I tried force stop but that too didn't work. Pls help me !

My Device is Galaxy A80.

As per your concern, we want to inform you that the usage of the battery is different for every application, some apps consume more battery depending on the screen time, network fluctuation, refresh rate, etc. Kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue by using the given links.

You can reset your device by following the steps.
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) his/her Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.
