my phone is a50 using 2 sims , sim1 jio sim2 airtel, when i switch to airtel 4g, jio goes not reachable to callers. i tthink this phone supports dual volte.

but u have to specify which sim is used at present for calling and messaging purpose
jio shouldn't go unreachable just network switch will be there when you call from either sim reset network settings once

@mapledew its not happening with calling, calling is working on both sim, it happens on receiving. i am getting miscall alerts from jio after switching to jio data.

Smart call forwarding does not work with jio and airtel combo. That's not only for you, your phone has nothing to do with it. Our networks must allow this. Hope this helps.
