The samsung galaxy a34 ui keeps stopping and all the apps crashing example whastapp, gallery , dialer etc there is big concern that samsung should solve

Kindly reset factory data with backup then try to it's again. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

I have lot of data which cannot be deleted so the whole device is struggling

No data is not the case the main cause is overheating dimensity 1080 is not a good chip for this phone sooo

See I'm also a A34 user make a note that this phone is not capable of multitasking soo avoid using 10apps at a time for solution restart the phone and prevent it from getting heated and Keep it away from sunlight and water as well stay in cold places this will resolve this issue

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

● Clear app cache through Device care:
→ Settings > Device care > Storage > CLEAN NOW.

● The clear cache memory of a particular application:
Settings > Apps > Now pick the app you like to clear off the cache memory > Storage > Clear Cache.

● Reset the device Settings: Settings > General Management > Reset settings>Reset all settings to their default.

● Kindly change the Wallpaper and theme of the device. Advise you to choose wallpaper available in a ‘Featured’ section of the wallpaper setting.

● Navigation Path to Change Wallpaper: Long Touch at Home Screen > Wallpaper and Style > -Change Wallpaper > Apply Any Wallpaper in Featured Section.

● Navigation Path to Change Theme: Long Touch at Home Screen > Themes > Apply themes available at Galaxy Themes.

● Keep your app updated: Tap on Google Play Store app or Galaxy Store> Manage apps & device> Apps available to update> If you want to update apps individually, tap See details and then tap the Update button next to the app you would like to update.

● Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

● You can reset your device by following the steps.
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) his/her Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)

If reset is the only option then I would have brought other phones as I trust samsung I brought this phone and ur not providing updates to the phone and even to the watch and that is the reason the phone struggling
