Low Frame Rates on Games

I have recently updated my software version to One UI 6.1 and later on noticed constant low frame rates on all my games.

What's the reason behind this and what should I do to fix it?

I'm doing what I can. Are you also experiencing lower frame rates on your game?

Yes ! I can't beat enemy easily now they kill me fast if I shoot them 1st
