Galaxy ATo increase the lighting of a picture after taking it, you can select the picture you want to light up, swipe up to see the information about it. Above the information, there will be a Remaster button. Click on that and wait for some time. It will show a Before-After preview of the picture. If you're satisfied, click save below the picture. If that does not work, Samsung may give you better solutions. Just click on the hamburger menu (the icon with three horizontal lines on the bottom-right end of the screen) and click Suggestions.
To increase lighting of a picture while taking it, simply tap on the preview that your camera is showing an a circle with a lock and a bar below it. The sun in the bar shows the level of brightness, which is set in the middle by default. To increase the lighting, take the sun to the right and to decrease it, take the sun to the left. To keep it from changing after a few seconds as it does, click on the lock in the circle. It will become yellow which means the lighting is secured.
Hope this helps.
