Hello sir,

whenever I use mobile phone for so many hours we are  getting some problem like stucking ,hanging sir please take action on this ....many user are complaining on it but there is no any result have found us ....sir please take action on this as soon as possible........this problem is in our many Samsung product so sir please help out ......

Even though I use mobile phone for some our or some many hours it should not stuck  or never stuck ,hang Although I m regularly  checking memory n also  clean master which samsung Galaxy have provided us ....please take action on these as soon as possible

Please perform the below mentioned quick steps to resolve the issue:-

 

1. Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps).
2. Ensure 20% of internal memory of device is free (Scroll down notification panel > Setting > Device care> storage).
3. Clear cache memory of Camera application (Settings>apps> Camera app>storage>clear cache).

 

After performing above steps If the issue still persist kindly send us the error log file with in 15 minutes of issue occurrence through error report section from Samsung Member Application :- Samsung Member Application > click on get help > send feedback > error report.

Will you please have an update my phone is A50s and has 6gb ram, after the update of IU 2.5 everything is lag. THANK YOU. FYI i follow all the instructions and i always clean it but this time it **bleep** pls have some actions!!!!
