Why my device doesn't have Game launcher app

To activate game launcher, go to settings, click on advanced features, scroll down and enable game launcher. Now you will have the game launcher app in your device. If this helped you, please click on the three dots on the right and accept this solution to help other members.

I think because the device works with one ui core

I have emailed customer service and said this option is not available for phone possibilities

Oh okay. As of my knowledge, game launcher is a basic feature in all samsung phones. Please recheck your setting and galaxy app store. If you can't find it, it is probably some software issue.
