Galaxy AThank you reaching out RWanliss
Please try the troubleshooting steps below;
Restart your phone: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary glitches. Press and hold the power and volume down buttons until the device restarts ( this will not erase data, it is just to reboot the device)
Clear keyboard app cache: Go to Settings > Apps > [Keyboard app] > Storage > Clear Cache.
Check for system updates: Go to Settings > Software Update > Download and install if there are any updates available.
Check for rogue apps: Occasionally, third-party apps can interfere with keyboard functionality. Try booting your phone into safe mode (usually by holding the power button, then long-pressing the "Power off" option) and see if the issue persists. If it doesn't, a third-party app might be causing the problem.
Reset app settings: Go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Settings. This will reset all settings on your phone, including keyboard settings.
Factory reset: If none of the above steps work, consider backing up your data and performing a factory reset. This will erase all data on your phone, so make sure to back up anything important first.
