After the new software update to my Samsung A73 moat of my albums disappeared from my gallery and my screen is glitching. The keyboard presses it's own buttons while I am using it and the screen does not seem to co operate while you are using it. It does its own things. It keeps freezing and cancelling stuff. Can Samsung be of any assistance????
This is not at all fine.. and I am very dissapointed with how an update can cause my phone to behave like it's faulty. This is the first time I have experienced such after an update. However I believe the latest update seems to have brought many glitches and problems to Samsung phone users instead of enhancing their experience. This is very disappointing from Samsung.
