Is there anyone having this problem after updating the phone(A53 to one UI 5.0?

Problems only for this application. 

I watched a review of one UI on galaxy A73 on YouTube. It has a smart suggestion widget and maintenance mode. It's not available in A53. 

A73 users clarify please, is it have a smart suggestion widget and maintenance mode?
