I am facing internet issue in my Galaxy A54 5G phone, using dual SIM.

I am facing internet issue in my Jio SIM when using below network configuration:
SIM1 : BSNL Mobile (4G VoLTE)
SIM2: Jio 5G (Vo5G)

And if i use below network configuration i don't face any issues internet works properly:
SIM1 : BSNL Mobile (2G/3G)
SIM2: Jio 5G (Vo5G)

I have raised service request with Jio they have mentioned that there is something wrong with the device.

I have no idea about this because BSNL just started there 4G service in my area, those who are using 4G-4G or 4G-5G and vice versa please help me to fix this issue.

Try sending ACTVOLTE to 53733 from bsnl sim card.

BSNL volte is available for M31 as well. I just noticed it recently. Must have been some network issue.

I'm also facing similar issue on my samsung S23, tried all ways unable to activate the volte on S23 whereas Bsnl Volte is works on Moto and Vivo. Finally raised customer care complaint to BSNL support desk, if you have any solution please suggest the workaround. Thanks
