I am facing internet issue in my Galaxy A54 5G phone, using dual SIM.

I am facing internet issue in my Jio SIM when using below network configuration:
SIM1 : BSNL Mobile (4G VoLTE)
SIM2: Jio 5G (Vo5G)

And if i use below network configuration i don't face any issues internet works properly:
SIM1 : BSNL Mobile (2G/3G)
SIM2: Jio 5G (Vo5G)

I have raised service request with Jio they have mentioned that there is something wrong with the device.

I have no idea about this because BSNL just started there 4G service in my area, those who are using 4G-4G or 4G-5G and vice versa please help me to fix this issue.

Was there any special way to activate it ?
Or was it available by default (bsnl volte) ?

It was activated automatically just make sure you have device which supports the bands which BSNL is using.
I have A54 and M31, in A54 it shows 4G with VoLTE but in M31 it shows 4G only.

Just to be sure, did the moto and vivo show volte for this specific sim ?
I mean is 4g signal shown for the s23 for bsnl ?

Yes.... Same sim tried on both devices . That's why wondering.

This most likely won't work, but better than nothing I guess.
Sms START to 1925 from your bsnl sim.
