I have used Galaxy A6+ for almost 3 years and never faced any issue with its fingerprint sensor. It was very much accurate. Recently bought A52s , its very good experience with this new phone in almost every aspect except in display fingerprint sensor. It is even worse than my past smartphone J7prime for accuracy.  Do I need to visit service centre?

Thanks for the suggestion bro. Though I have done this already and it shown some improvement than registering single finger at once. But I feel some software update required to fix this

Yes, you are right your previous A6 has a capacitive fingerprint scanner which is fast and well suitable in all conditions. But where as A52 is a less accurate and slow because of optical fingerprint scanner. Which uses 2D image comparison. If you use screen protector you need to make sure it's a high quality one. Sometimes due environment lighting condition it's struggles to capture at first go.
