In simple terms: my phone is trying to use an IPv6 address for the game, but my mobile carrier's network has a security or routing error. When the game tries to connect, the network sees this RPKI failure and, in an effort to protect itself, it drops the connection. This is why I'm getting a "timeout" error—the game server is waiting for a response, but the data is being blocked or dropped before it can get through.
And my internet speed is 148mbps which is very fast but a server security by Samsung .
And its working with indian server vpn fine but problem with vpn is network not reliable like some time it get 50mb/s and sometimes kb/s, without vpn not working and network speed is 148mb/s so its not problem by network providers or apps its by Samsung they blocking it with internet protocol.
