Galaxy AHello Samsung,
I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy A22 5G mobile from a multi brand mobile store in Indore, Madhya Pradesh when I was there for some work. I came back to my hometown and after some days I felt that the phone is not working properly. I have visited two service center and they said that the serial number is not reflecting in my system. The another service center named "Baba Service Center, Gaya, Bihar" said that it is a copied product. I have contacted customer support team and they are helpless.
In a good believe, I have purchased this phone that it is of Samsung brand. I never came to know that there is copy of Samsung is also available in market. Now, I am helpless. I dont have any idea that how I will get correct phone.
See, the person/company who has made this phone have not produced a single phone. They must have launched in bulk. So, I am sure, Samsung is going to loose a large number of customer. If Samsung does not work to the affected people and does not initiate investigation to catch the organization who is making duplicate phones on the name of Samsung.
It is my loss completely. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCT WITHOUT VERIFYING ITS SERIAL NUMBER. I HAVE ATTACHED THE INVOICE HERE.
