The update made my Bluetooth headset unusable. Ever since, the Skullcandy ANC is no longer working with my phone, despite having reset the headset, unpaired, repaired, reset network settings. This update made my 200$ headset utterly useless. I am so upset.

The phone works with other Bluetooth devices and wired headsets but not with my Crusher ANC.

Did anyone encounter issues with Bluetooth devices after the update?

I do face Bluetooth issues post Android 12 update. In my case, I can pair with my Bluetooth devices. I can answer calls too. However, I can't play media with a Bluetooth headset connected. I've tried three different Bluetooth headsets which previously worked fine with my device prior to the Android 12 update. When I connect the Bluetooth headset and play something on YouTube, the video freezes and I can't hear any sound. Hope they fix this issue ASAP
