I spoke to samsung customer service before buying a new samsung a54 phone to ask if it supports Esim, they confirmed twice, even confirmed if all models sold in the uae are supported, I bought the phone and now I can't add esim and after chatting with them again they said it doesn't and that they checked my chat with the agent and saw he confirmed twice, and told me they are going to escalate.
Now the only reason I bought the phone is to use it as roaming device using flexiroam what should I do?

Update, after I made the complaint they told me it's under ur number so I called today to see the status and now they say there is no complaint under your number and not even a chat history before today so I guess they deleted them, Karma is gonna hit am sure but this post is for you guys to never trust SAMSUNG UAE coz they are the worst 😄

Simply copy-pasting the same spam message over and over under every posts who complain about something, have some courtesy and read the post, then you will understand that there is nothing you can do to solve this issue.
Try to educate the support team, and even the people who reply on members, ask them to find some time to read the post and reply accordingly, rather than spamming.
