The samsung technician said that my phone data will be wiped during the repairing process, which is an LCD replacement. But I don't want to lose my phone data, and I don't have my data backed up in the cloud before the accident I had with the device I tried transferring my data to my PC by usb chord but I can't because I cant choose file transfer on the phone because the screen is broken. Is there any other way for me to recover my data or have the technician not wipe my data?

Did you check with Samsung Flow or the built-in Windows 11 "Connect my phone" feature?

Use an OTG Cable and Mouse: Connect an OTG (On-The-Go) cable to your phone and plug in a USB mouse. You can use the mouse to navigate your phone and enable file transfer mode.

Samsung DeX or HDMI Adapter: If your phone supports Samsung DeX, you can connect it to a monitor using a DeX cable or HDMI adapter. This will allow you to use your phone with a keyboard and mouse, making it easier to transfer your data.

Samsung Find My Mobile: If you have a Samsung account and Find My Mobile is enabled, you can use it to unlock your phone and back up your data remotely.

Smart Switch: If you can connect your phone to a PC or another Samsung device, you can use the Smart Switch app to transfer your data.

Professional Data Recovery Services: If the above methods don’t work, you might consider professional data recovery services. They can often retrieve data from damaged devices, though this can be more costly.

It’s also worth discussing your concerns with the technician. They might be able to perform the repair without wiping your data, or at least help you with one of the above methods before proceeding with the repair.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing with your mobile.

If your Galaxy phone's screen is broken and you cannot see or touch the screen to operate your device but need to transfer your data, connect your phone to an external display (monitor, TV, etc.) to utilise screen mirroring. You will also need a mouse and keyboard to operate your device so you can transfer your data.
