Yesterday morning my samsung galaxy a70stopped charging. I think its the update. Its non hardware related, maybe except of my usb-C port in my phone. But that would be strange because it suddenly stopped working. Please help me. My batterie is drained. I don't want to lose my data.

My usb-c port is not on the same level as my phone. How deep is it in normally. Mine is aprox. 3-4 mm deep

Hai,
First you have to try with another charger, and then with a different data cable in order to understand where the problem is.

My charger works perfectly, im sure thats not the problem.

If phone shows no response, problem might be with the slot.You may need to visit your nearest service provider.

Im sure its not the slot. Why would it suddenly stop working without doing anything wrong???

Hey,

My A70 abruptly stopped charging as well, Did you eventually get a fix to this? I am 100% sure there are no hardware issues from my end as I have got it checked

what happened to the charging issues, My Samsung Galaxy A70 is also facing charging issue suddenly and don't understand the reason as it was working perfectly on the previous days and I only noticed the issue as a supprise.
