I have accidentally checked the do not show again box on the check your charger connection pop up and I can't seem to find a way to get it back. I have even tried resetting notification preferences but it still doesn't show up. All I get now is a notification from the top rather than the large bottom pop-up.

Is there a way to show this message again?

Remember it's only showing to you when charger is weak or not connected properly

So try another cabel or slow charger
It will show up again
resetting notification preferences is correct I think!!

Yes I am aware that it only shows if there is something wrong with the connection, but even after reseting the notification preferences it only displays the check charging connection as a normal notification and not a pop-up.

You can try 2 things

1. Unplug your USB charger.

Go to setting -> Device maintenance -> click on Battery -> Advanced setting

Then disable  Fast Cable Charging. Then enable Fast Cable Charging again.

2. Settings>Apps>Show System Apps>Android System>Notifications>USB Connection

I have tried both these solutions and they still yielded the same result unfortunately.

You think system cache may help ??

The whole purpose of cache is that it is not permanent so I don't think it will be practical to use it for permanent user preferences. But I am desperate enough to give it a try.
