Heating Issue

I am faching lot of heating issue in my Galaxy A33 5G phone.  

While i am browsing internet or something else within 5 to 10 min. It create lot of heat. 

Also while charging its also create lot of heat. For this reason i am neglect fast changing. 

Sometimes its automatically create Even i am not use phone

Same problem on my galaxy a53 .
