Hang! After android 14 update touch issue hang

Previous android never had any issue like this in my a54 after this update screen doesnt respond can press certain options but no swipe left right touch screen doesnt work properly many times its happening notification was working i started recording because of it see it your self...big mistake updated to new os screen always hangs swipes doesnt even respond?

Perform a clean reset

You have two options 👇
1). Backup all your data and do factory reset (if possible). ✅️
2). Android 14 (One UI6) is still new to phones, it will take some time to adjust. Wait for next update, it will be fix. Restart your phone daily to avoid such problems. ✅️

As per your concern, we would request you kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Remove the screen protectors and cover from the device once and check the issue after restarting the device.

Press the power and volume down keys simultaneously for a few seconds.

Check space availability: Settings > Device Care >Storage.

Clear app cache through Device care:
Settings > Device care > Storage > CLEAN NOW.
Note: To delete files or uninstall apps that you do not use anymore, select a category under USER DATA. Then, tick items to select and tap DELETE or UNINSTALL.

The clear cache memory of a particular application:
Settings > Apps > Now pick the app that you like to clear off the cache memory > Storage > Clear Cache.
Note: Kindly contact the particular application once to make sure, there is no issue from their side.

Reset the device Settings: Settings > General Management > Reset settings>Reset all settings to their default.

Tap on Google Play Store app or Galaxy Store> Manage apps & device> Apps available to update> If you want to update apps individually, tap See details and then tap the Update button next to the app you would like to update.
